Tyler Sisson played 5 years for the Post 11 organization. After graduation high school at Teays Valley he then went on to play at Union College. He has helped coach the Jr Post 11 team for the 2016 - 2019 season. He is currently the Manager of all the Post 11 teams helping them win their 1st State Championship as well as 2 more!
. Also in the 2018, 2019 he coached at Ohio University of Lancaster. In which they went on to win the first State Title in school History.
When it comes to training he takes a different approach on teaching the players how to get the most out of their body/performance. He focuses on safety and health in order to prevent injuries.

JD Burrell grew up in Amanda Ohio. After graduating from Amanda Clearcreek in 2011 he went on to play baseball at Union College. At Union he played for some great coaches and gained a ton of experience on the field. He then became the assistant coach of a very successful high school baseball team in Kentucky. Between 2016-2021 as a team they were able to win a Region Championship and over 100 games. He also helped 9 kids sign to play baseball at the next level.
Burrell is excited to be back in Ohio and looks forward to training with athletes in the area. He is dedicated to help get the best out of each individual whether it be working on fielding techniques or helping hitters perfect their swing. He has provided lessons for the last five years to both baseball and softball players of all ages.
Beavers Field has always been one of his favorite places to play and he is excited to provide lessons in the Beavers Dam!

Kaylee Savage, grew up in Lancaster and Baltimore, Ohio, where she graduated from Liberty Union in 2018. Her strong communication skills and collaborative approach ensure that everyone is well-informed and working together towards shared goals.
With an impressive athletic career, Kaylee was a versatile player and has earned numerous accolades. During her high school career, Kaylee was a four-year varsity catcher and infielder. She was named Honorable Mention All Ohio, First Team All District, First Team All Metro, First Team All MSL and made the Central District All-star team.
Kaylee then went on to graduate from Tiffin University in 2022 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. While at Tiffin, Kaylee was a four-year starting catcher for the Dragons and led the team in runs batted in and homeruns her senior season. Her genuine passion for softball resulted in becoming an instructor and post-graduation while she pursued her MBA with a concentration in Sports Management.
Kaylee has been coaching girls softball ages 6-18 for many years through lessons, clinics, and camps with a focus on the development of young players. She is currently coaching at Liberty Union and has had much success with the Jv softball program and assisted in the development of a State Runner-up Varsity team. Kaylee brings firsthand experience from all levels of the game whether it be college, travel ball or high school. Her invaluable insights and comprehensive understanding of the game enhance her coaching abilities and contribute to her impactful guidance. I have coached since 2008 from tee ball, coach pitch, little league, all the way up through American legion junior and senior legion.
I have done private pitching lessons since 2009.
I can do lessons with kids of all ages and skill levels.

Izaiah Withrow grew up in Carroll, Ohio, where he attended Bloom-Carroll High School (Class of 2017). During his time there, he earned 2nd Team All-MSL honors as a junior and 1st Team All-MSL as a senior. He also contributed to Bloom-Carroll’s 2014 State Championship team as a freshman.
Izaiah began his collegiate career at La Roche University (PA), one of the top Division III programs in the region at the time. During his two years there, the Redhawks captured back-to-back AMCC Championships — marking the school’s 6th and 7th consecutive conference titles — and made two NCAA Tournament appearances. He later transferred to Ohio Wesleyan University, where he set the program’s single-game RBI record with 9.
After graduating, Izaiah transitioned into coaching and player development. He has served as Head JV Coach at both Dublin Coffman High School (2023) and Dublin Jerome High School (2024), while also leading several summer baseball programs over the past five years, most recently with Bo Jackson Elite.
With 4+ years of private instruction experience, Izaiah specializes in hitting, first base, and outfield development. His teaching focuses on mechanical efficiency, individualized drill work, mental performance, and swing path optimization, helping players build confidence and consistency at the plate.

Ryan Grice grew up in Millersburg Ohio and was a graduate of West Holmes High School in 1995. While at West Holmes he was a four year starter on the baseball team earning all league honors his junior and senior years. He was also a three year starter on the football team earning All League and All District honors his Junior and Seniors years while also earning All Ohio honors his senior year.
He went on to play baseball at Walsh University earning a degree in Communications and a Masters in Education. As a three year starter he earned All Mideast Conference honors his senior year. While at Walsh University the team set the single season record for win total (36). And winning the regular season conference championship his senior year.
Ryan currently lives in Lancaster Ohio with his wife (Cori) and twin children, Trey and Alaina who attend Fairfield Union.

Madelyn Gates is a senior at Bloom-Carroll High School and is committed to playing Division I softball at Northern Kentucky University.
Madelyn has built an impressive high school softball career, earning numerous honors, including:
--1st Team All-Ohio
-Central District D3 Player of the Year
-1st Team All-Central District
-1st Team All-MSL
-Placement in the Ohio state record book for hits in a single season and for consecutive games with a hit
-First softball player ever to be named the Central Ohio Home Plate Club High School Player of the Year
She has also played A-level travel softball with the Ohio Stingrays since the age of 9, competing against top athletes from across the country.
While Madelyn is proud of her accomplishments, she is equally passionate about sharing her knowledge with younger athletes. She enjoys working with kids, building positive relationships, and helping them grow—not only as players but as confident individuals. Her goal with every lesson is to help each athlete get “one day better” by focusing on progress, effort, and having fun throughout the process.
