Tyler Sisson

Follow Coach Sisson

Tyler Sisson played 5 years for the Post 11 organization. After graduation high school at Teays Valley he then went on to play at Union College. He has helped coach the Jr Post 11 team for the 2016 and 2017 season, currently he will be the assistant coach for the Senior Post 11 team. Also in the 2018, 2019 he coached at Ohio University of Lancaster. In which they went on to win the first State Title in school History. 

When it comes to training he takes a different approach on teaching the players how to get the most out of their body/performance. He focuses on safety and health in order to prevent injuries. 

Coach Sisson is a certified as a Personal training, Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Coach

Jadee Burrell

JD Burrell grew up in Amanda Ohio. After graduating from Amanda Clearcreek in 2011 he went on to play baseball at Union College. At Union he played for some great coaches and gained a ton of experience on the field. He then became the assistant coach of a very successful high school baseball team in Kentucky. Between 2016-2021 as a team they were able to win a Region Championship and over 100 games. He also helped 9 kids sign to play baseball at the next level. 

Burrell is excited to be back in Ohio and looks forward to training with athletes in the area. He is dedicated to help get the best out of each individual whether it be working on fielding techniques or helping hitters perfect their swing. He has provided lessons for the last five years to both baseball and softball players of all ages. 

Beavers Field has always been one of his favorite places to play and he is excited to provide lessons in the Beavers Dam!

Daryin Lewis

Daryin Lewis graduated from Westfall High School in 2013.
He was apart of the Post 134 organization for 3 years. Daryin went on to play baseball at the University of Rio Grande where he was a 4 year starter. He also played for the Chillicothe Paints for 2 years. After graduating college in 2017, Daryin coached Post 134 for a year. That year they won the American Legion State Tournament. Once Daryin found his love for coaching he took on the Head Coaching position at Ohio Christian University. While at the University, he lead his team break several school records and received River State Conference “Coach of The Year”. Daryin is now an independent coach and is looking to coach more on an individual level to help develop young players into elite, well rounded, ball players.

Pat Hyme

Pat Hyme played at Fairfield Union High School 1995 - 1998.  Played for Head coach John Nelson and pitching coach Howard Bozman.

Team won 4 consecutive Mid State League Titles from 1995 - 1998, and reached the district finals in each year.

1st team All Mid State League in 1998 as a RHP / DH

1st Team all central district in 1998 as a RHP / DH

Played for Logan Post 78 in 1996 and 1997 for coach Phil Lightfoot

Played for Lancaster Post 11 in 1998 for coach Al Beavers 

 

  • Learned to compete every day in a winning culture that was established by Ohio high school hall of fame coach John Nelson
  • Learned the importance of mechanics, mobility, recovery,  and game preparation from coach Howard Bozman
  • Prepared for college baseball by playing tough American Legion Schedules for both Post 78 and Post 11

Tiffin University 1998 - 2003

Played for Coach Lonny Allen and Pitching Coach Ryan Williamson.

Played in the American Mideast Conference (NAIA) which included Ohio Domincan, Urbana, Mount Vernon Nazarene, Point Park, Rio Grande, Cedarville, Saint Vincent College, Shawnee State, Geneva College, Walsh University, Tiffin University,  and Malone University.

Qualified Each year for the conference tournament finishing as runner up in 2003.

All American Mideast Conference RHP in 2002 and 2003

Finished career 3rd all time in wins, 2nd all time in innings pitched, top ten all time in career ERA, strikeouts, and complete games.

Played in the Erie Shores collegiate wood bat league from 2000 - 2002

Graduated with a Degree in Business Management in 2003

  • Learned the importance of maturity and accountability from coach Lonny Allen.
  • Learned how important off season and in season lifting, mobility, and conditioning are to pitcher from coach Allen and coach Williamson.

Coaching Experience

I have coached since 2008 from tee ball, coach pitch, little league, all the way up through American legion junior and senior legion.

I have done private pitching lessons since 2009.

I can do lessons with kids of all ages and skill levels.

I believe in teaching proper techniques to throw strikes before learning new pitches or developing off speed pitches.

Tyler Hill

Tyler Hill was born in Lancaster and attended Fairfield Union High School 2011-2015.  A three year varsity starter for the Falcons, he earned a scholarship to play at Fairmont State University (NCAA D2).  Tyler earned the starting catching duties as a sophomore and helped take his team to two Mountain East tournament appearances.  After college, Tyler was signed to the Saranac Lake Surge of the Empire Baseball League.  He played two seasons with the Surge (2019-2020) before being signed by the York Revolution in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball.

Played both catcher and first base for the Revolution

A .252 hitter playing in 58 games on the season

Finished the last 18 games hitting .362 with 2 home runs, 3 doubles, and 12 RBI's
