GUYS WORKING HARD IN THE CLASSROOM AND THE BALL FIELD

Being a successful student-athlete is difficult. He has to work hard both in the classroom and on the field. It's takes focus, long hours, discipline and planning. In other words, it takes a lot of effort!

Good grades are especially important if a student-athlete wants to play college ball. Most everyone is a good ball player at the next level and things like grades and work-ethic can be difference makers.

Post 11 is proud of all of our guys and wants to recognize those getting wins in the classroom. In this second 9 weeks of the 2019-2020 school year, 60% of the program exceeded a 3.0 cumulative GPA and 61% landed on the honor roll.

We would like to give a shout-out to the guys with quarter GPAs that exceeded their cumulative GPAs: Noah Stadwick, Ethan Hyme, Brody Poston, Gavin Rowland, Lane Goetz, and Joe Bell.  Just like with baseball and a lot of other things in life, if you tackle the small thing first (i.e., quarter) the big thing (i.e., cumulative) will take care of itself. Great job, Guys.

Congrats to Nathan Hoffman, Brody Poston, Gavin Rowland, Jack Tencza, and Jarett Thorne, for landing 4.0's for two straight quarters.

In recognition of the big thing - the cumulative GPA - we especially would like to recognize the guys with 4.0 cumulative GPAs: Nathan Hoffman, Jack Tencza and Jarrett Thorne. Incredible!

Congrats, Guys!
