Game one was all about defense and pitching.  Cayden Moore (Berne Union) fired a complete game 1 hit shutout while striking out 8 and only allowing one walk.  He faced 2 batters over the minimum, and was dominant from the first pitch.  The defense did not commit an error.  David Hurst (Berne Union)  and Zane George (Lancaster) drove in the only runs for Post 11 against a stingy RHP from Post 303.  David Hurst, Ethan Hyme (Fairfield Union), and Nathan Pechar (Lancaster) each hit safely for Post 11.

Game 2 was more of the same.  No errors defensively, and three pitchers combined for the shutout.  James Troup (Fairfield Union) gets the win.  He went 3 innings striking out 6 and walking 2.  Zane George (Lancaster) pitched 2 scoreless innings striking out 2, and Noah Stadwick (Canal Winchester) earned his second save of the year.  Juniors are 4-0 and look to keep it going against Zanesville Post 29 on Wednesday.
