Though we always speak of the creator of our Beavers field, we rarely talk about the woman who stood by his side and someone who dedicated her life just as much in order to make this a reality for all of us. Not only did she put her time and hard work into building what we have today but she created the famous Phyllis Burger we all love! This amazing woman has been a strong influence on what we see today and has operated Phyllis’ Home Plate since day one. From a small concession stand with limited items to a full take out restaurant.
