Since 1974, 400+ young men have played for Lancaster Post 11 ALB. Of these, 13 were drafted to MLB, 250+ went on to college baseball, and many more  continued their academic careers past high school.

Lancaster Post 11 works hard to prepare its players for college and employs several tools to help them, including:
